We’re Always Excited to Welcome New Visitors

At Shiloh, we're always excited to welcome new visitors. We hope you'll join us for a service, and we want to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Here's what you can expect when you come to visit us either at our Sunday School or our Worship service.

Our church is located at 1324 Shiloh Rd just down the road from the Oconee County Airport, parking is located on either side of the church.

If you have mobility restrictions or young children to carry, feel free to use one of the spots closest to the door. We like to keep them free for visitors and people who need assistance.

Please don't worry about what you'll wear to church,

For we truly believe people should come to God as they are. You don't need to dress up to get his approval--that comes through Jesus' sacrifice. Once you walk in the doors, you'll see that the congregation has all types of people in all kinds of dress. God Looks at your heart not whether or not you are in fashion.

When you walk in,

Coming into a new place can be a little awkward and you can feel like you're out of place, but don't worry it won't take long for you to feel at home. We'll help you find the nursery if you have small Children and of course the Sunday School rooms. We will also point you to the restrooms, and fellowship area. If you have any questions about the service itself, someone will gladly be able to provide helpful answers.

What To Expect

When you come to join us for the first time,

It's like you're a long lost member of the family. We may be a small Church but we have a big heart with lots of love to share. You will given a visitors card that you can fill out so that we may get to know you better and If you'd like, someone will help you find the nursery, restrooms, and Sunday School rooms.

During the service,

You'll hear our faith expressed in the songs we sing, prayers we offer up and our pastor's preaching. All parts of our service are grounded in the Bible, which we are committed to upholding.

We believe Sola Scriptura, Sola Fide, Sola Christus, Sola Gratia and of course Sola Deo Gloria, which means Scripture Alone, Faith Alone, Christ Alone, Grace Alone and of course Glory to God Alone.

You can get a better understanding of our beliefs under the "About Us" section of the Website.

After the service,

Don't be afraid to ask questions and to give us a chance to get to know each other. Say hello to our pastor and anyone else you see. We'd all love to hear your story and share ours with you.

No matter what your Christian background is (or isn't), we hope you'll join us on Sunday. Here at Shiloh, you'll find people from all different backgrounds, and we welcome everyone--Especially you.

Our Sunday School starts at 10:00 and Worship starts at 11:00 a.m. every Sunday.

Ministries

"And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works."

Grace and Samuel

Children Ministry

Our Children's ministry allows children to hear and rejoice while learning about the good news of Jesus Christ. We seek to create a fun and loving environment for all Children. Children's ministry is available for all ages each Sunday morning at 10am. Nursery is also provided for all services each Sunday morning.

Youth Ministry

The youth of today are tomorrows leaders, and what better way to prepare them for the world then to give than a solid moral foundation where "Loving Thy Neighbor as Yourself" is more than just some empty words. Teens today, more than ever, need to know and understand  who Christ is and why they need Him and the Church.

Men's Ministry

Men's ministry provides opportunities for men to get together for worship and community outreach. We believe that the older generation has a lifetime of experience and wisdom to offer our young men and the young men have a fresh look at the world around us and together both young and old can learn from each other. Our mission is to grow in our faith, and to build strong relationships with our friends and community.

Ladies Ministry

Ladies ministry provides opportunities for women to get together for worship and community outreach. Whether we are getting together for a bible study or to just Fellowship, our mission is to grow in our faith and to build strong relationships with our friends and community.
